Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.

What is sodium hydroxide (lye)?

Lye is an alkaline chemical that is known for its caustic nature. Lye is sodium hydroxide. Sodium hydroxide comes into being when soda (sodium carbonate) and lime (calcium hydroxide) come together and cause a chemical reaction.

Is lye safe?

Yes, when used properly in the soap making process. After you cure soap for weeks, no lye remains in the soap. What’s left is soap, pure and simple.

Which countries do you ship to?

We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.

How can I help my soap last longer?

Keep it in a well-drained soap dish. Purchase a Soap Boost with your order. Our soaps typically last 3-4 weeks.

What payments do you accept?

We are currently using PayPal for all of our internet transactions. We like PayPal because they keep all of your information secure and they never share it with us. This keeps you safe. If you do not want to use PayPal, we can take credit cards over the phone, apple pay, or Venmo. Contact us and we will call you to get your information.

Is your product safe for people with allergies?

It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over. Ingredients are listed within each soap description.

Do you sell wholesale?

If you would like to sell our handmade products in your store, please contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We have stores currently selling our soaps successfully. Our soaps are very unique and once your customers start using our soaps, they will come back month after month.
